氟骨症患者的骨质结构X片的定量分析及诊断

采用微光电扫描计对１２７名氟骨症患者，９４名正常人及４１名可疑氟骨症者的桡骨Ｘ光片进行骨质结构的定量分析，并采用骨小梁数目、骨小梁宽度、骨小梁相对密度等客观指标来进行分析。结果表明：骨质结构的定量分析对早期氟骨症的诊断及硬化型氟骨症的分型具有很好的实用价值。

Quantitative analysis of Bout structure on the radiograph and value in diagnosis of osteofluorosis

The microdensitometric anaalysis of bone structure on the radial radiograph produced quantitative measurements of bone structure including trabeculat number, trabecular width, trabecular relative density and relative area. The analysis were performed in a group of 127 cases of osteofluorosis, a group of 94 normal individual and a group of 41 cases of suspicious osteofluorosis. The results show that this method can be effectively applied in the diagnosis of the early stages of osteofluorosis and in the typing of skeletal fluorosis.
