腰椎间盘突出症再手术43例临床分析

35年来我院共收治腰椎间盘突出症2076例，其中手术治疗1154例，术后症状再发而再次手术治疗43例．分析本组再手术病因为腰椎间盘突出症与侧隐窝狭窄并发；继发性腰椎管狭窄；初次手术时定位错误；漏诊位于侧隐窝的小突出；双间隙突出。再手术的指征：初次手术后又出现顽固的持续性疼痛，伴有根性神经体征或怀疑突出物在椎管内经保守治疗无效者。

Clinical Analysis of Reoperation of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion in 43 Cases

1154 cases of 2O76 patients admitted in our hospital were surgically treated.Postoperative follow-up ranged from one to thirty-five Years, 43 cases of them were reoperated. Thereasons of reopration were lumbar interve rtebral disc protrusion with lateral recess stenosis; lumbarspine stenosis, wrong of location in the first operation; overlook small disc protrusion at the lateral anddisc prorusion at two level.The indications for reoperation were persistent pain with neurologicsign after three to six monthsfailed conservative treatment or suspect disc protrusion within the lumbar spine.
