黑色素瘤的肿瘤标记物研究进展

黑色素瘤（Melanoma）是一种位于皮肤、黏膜、眼和中枢神经系统色素沉着区域的黑素细胞的恶性肿瘤．死亡率较高，发病率呈逐年上升趋势。作为可供客观测定和评价的一个生化或分子生物学指标，生物学标记物可反映机体的生物学状态及进程，是近年来医学研究领域的热点。检测特异性的肿瘤标记物，对于肿瘤的早期诊断、预后评估及治疗过程具有关键的辅助作用。

Research Progress of Melanoma Biomarkers

Melanoma is a kind of malignant tumor of melanocytes,which occur in skin,mucosa,eye and the central nervous system.It has a high mortality and in recent years the incidence is an increasing tendency with time.Biomarkers have become hot sots in the field of medical research.They are tumor-or host-related factors that correlate with tumor biological behavior and patient prognosis.Molecular signatures of melanoma have propelled new approaches to early diagnosis,monitoring of treatment response,and targeted therapy.In this review,the melanoma related biomarkers were reviewed.
