鼻旁骨劈开复合鼻底提升术在无牙颌种植的初步应用

目的 统计分析无牙颌患者采用鼻旁骨劈开复合鼻底提升种植术后的留存率与并发症发生率,明确该手术在严重萎缩无牙颌种植的可行性.方法 对19例严重上颌骨萎缩无牙颌患者进行鼻旁骨劈开复合鼻底提升术同期植入44颗种植体,对手术结果进行统计分析.结果 种植体6个月后的总体留存率为86.4%,留存率与植入初始扭矩具有相关性.并发症发生率由高到低依次为肿胀、疼痛、瘀斑、出血,19例患者均在12~24 h时出现明显局部肿胀.结论 鼻旁骨劈开复合鼻底提升术是一种简单可行的技术,可有效用于严重上颌骨萎缩无牙颌患者的种植体植入.

Bone-split and nasal-base lift surgery used in edentulous maxillary patients

Objective The statistical analysis of edentulous patients using composite nose and paranasal bone split to enhance the planting after the end of the retention rate and incidence of complications,and clear the surgery in severely atrophic edentulous feasibility of planting.Methods 19 cases of severe maxillary atrophy in edentulous patients,paranasal bone split composite nasal floor augmentation with simultaneous 44 implants,and statistical analysis of surgical results.Results 6 months after the implant,the overall retention rate of 86.4 % and the retention rate was coordinate with the initial implanted torque.The complication rate in descending order for the swelling,pain,bruising,bleeding,19 patients were with the obvious local swelling in 12～24 hours.Conclusion The use of the bone split composite nose paranasal augmentation is a simple and practical techniques can be effective for severe maxillary atrophy of edentulous patients with implant placement.
