老年甲亢性心肌病26例临床分析

目的:探讨老年甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病(甲亢性心脏病)的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:对26例确诊为甲亢性心脏病的老年病人进行综合治疗,分析老年甲亢性心脏病的发病特点及疗效。结果:老年甲亢性心脏病病程长,快速性心律失常、右心扩大、右心衰竭等心脏表现突出;甲状腺功能亢进症控制后,心律失常、心脏扩大、心衰等多可恢复,少数患者遗留持续房颤、心脏扩大等。结论:老年甲亢性心脏病缺乏临床特异性。及早发现,避免误诊、漏诊,早期治疗对患者有十分重要的意义。

Analysis 26 Cases with Gerontism Thyrotoxic Heart Disease

Objective： To investigate the clinical features and treatment of gerontism thyrotoxic heart disease. Methods： 26 patients diagnosed as hyperthyroid heart disease in elderly patients, comprehensive treatment, analysis characteristics and curative effect of hyperthyroid heart disease. Results： The course of disease gerontism thyrotoxic heart disease long, tachyarrhythmias, right cardio- megalia, right heart failure and other cardiac symptom is obviously; hyperthyroidism control, arrhythmia, cardiac dilatation, con- gestive heart failure many recovery, while a few remain persistent atrial fibrillation, cardiac dilatation. Conclusion： Gerontism thy- rotoxic heart disease lack of clinical specificity, early discovery, to avoid misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, early treatment have ex- tremely significance to patients with it.
