三分群血细胞分析仪显微镜复检标准探讨

目的比较三分群血细胞分析仪和显微镜下白细胞分类结果,探讨三分群血细胞分析仪中间细胞群(mononnuclear,Mo)的显微镜复检标准,以保证血液常规的检验质量。方法应用KX-21三分群血细胞分析仪和普通光学显微镜分别对302例临床血液常规标本进行白细胞分类,并进行对比分析。结果Mo<8%时,仪器分类结果与显微镜分类结果无显著性差异,且有良好的相关性。Mo>8%时,仪器分类结果与显微镜分类结果有显著性差异,其中有8.6%的标本显微镜分类出现异常情况。结论三分群血细胞分析仪仅作为白细胞分类的初筛,尚不能完全替代人工显微镜分类方法。临床应用中引入显微镜复检标准,可为临床提供有价值的诊断信息。

Compare the Blood Cell Count Determined by Blood Cell Analyzer and Microscopic Examination

Objective To compare the results of the white blood cell classification by using the automatic blood cell analyzer and microscopic examination. Method 302 blood specimens were classified by the KX21 full-automatic blood cell analyzer and microscopic examination. Result When mononucleated cells were less than 8%, there was no significant difference between the results obtained from blood cell analyzer and microscopic examination. However, there was discrepancy between the results when the mononucleated cells more than 8%. Conclusion The blood cell analyzer can only provide simple classification of leukocyte count and can not completely replace the microscope classification. It is important to confirm the blood cell count by microscpoic examination as a standard procedure to ensure the quality of clinical hematological diagnosis.
