中华按蚊、嗜人按蚊成虫前期发育时间的观察

本文报告了中华按蚊、嗜人按蚊在实验室条件下成虫前期各阶段发育时间的相互关系。在基本相同的饲养条件下，中华按蚊孵化率为７９．４８％，嗜人按蚊为８．５２％，卵期发育时间，中华按蚊平均为２．１６天，嗜人按蚊平均为１６．２７天。中华按蚊幼虫期发育所需时间的长短受卵期发育时间的影响，而嗜人按蚊无明显关系。

DEVELOPING DURATION AT DIFFERENT PRE-MATURE STAGES OF AN SINENSIS AND AN. ANTHROPOPHAGUS UNDER LABORATORY CONDITION

The results showed that under the same breeding condition in laboratory there were sinificant difference in reproduction rate between An. sinensis and An. qnthropophagus The hatching rate of egg of An. sinecsis (79. 48%) was higher than that of An. anthropophagus (8. 52%) by 70. 96%. The developing duration of egg-stage ranged from 1 day to 9 days, with an average of 2.16 days in An. sinensis but from 5 days to 65 days, with an average of 16.27 days in An.anthropophagus In An. sinensis the developing duration of egg-stage greatly influenced the duration of larva-stage i. e. the longer the egg-stage was, the shorter the larva-stage would be but there was no associntinn of the 2 stages in An' anthropophagus. Besides, the developing duration in pre-mature stages of An sinensis was related to the temperature, nutrition, breeding number and the status of embryo development.
