| 摘 要： | 青年教师是医学院校师资队伍的生力军,不断促进青年教师的成长是医学院校发展的重要保障。文章从教学、科研、人文关怀等几个方面介绍了天津中医药大学在培养青年教师的一些探索和实践,为培养医学院校青年教师提供新的思路和方法。

| Abstract: | Young teachers are the main force of teachers in the medical colleges,and it is important to promote the growth of young teachers for the development of medical colleges. This paper introduces our exploration and practice in cultivating young teachers from teaching,scientific research,humanities and other aspects,which provide new ideas and methods for cultivation young teachers in medical colleges. |
