利巴韦林联合聚肌胞治疗口腔单纯疱疹的临床研究

目的探讨利巴韦林联合聚肌胞治疗口腔单纯疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例口腔单纯疱疹患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予利巴韦林口服,同时服用双黄连口服液治疗;观察组在此基础上加用聚肌胞肌内注射治疗。疗程均为7 d,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者水疱或溃疡完全结痂时间及脱痂时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗5 d时评价治疗效果,观察组总显效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论利巴韦林联合聚肌胞治疗口腔单纯疱疹临床效果确切,能明显缩短水疱或溃疡恢复所需时间,不良反应发生率低。

Clinical study on ribavirin in combination with polyinosinic drug in the treatment of oral herpes simplex

Objective The clinical efficacy and safety of objective ribavirin joint polyinosinic drug in the treatment of simple oral herpes. Methods Eighty cases of patients with oral herpes simplex,were randomly divided into observation group and control group and each group has with 40 cases,the control group were given oral ribavirin,observation group were added with polyinosinic injection,7 d,in the course of treatment,and were observed curative effect of treating. Results In the observation group,the time of blisters or ulcers crusting and decrustating was shorter than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Evaluation of curative effect in the treatment of 5 d,the observation group＇s total effective rate is 95%,the control group＇s rate is 80%,the observation group＇s treatment effect is better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. On drug aduerse reaction incidence there is no significant difference between the two group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Combined ribavirin with polyinosinic treatment of oral herpes simplex can shorten the time required to restore the blisters or ulcers,incidence of drug adverse reactions is low.
