生脉定志汤治疗糖尿病并脑血管性痴呆临床观察

目的：观察自拟生脉定志汤治疗糖尿病并脑血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法：将确诊的48例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组口服脑复康，每次0．8g，日3次。观察纽在对照组治疗的基础上口服生脉定志汤，日1剂，30d为1个疗程，两组患者均治疗2个疗程。对比两组临床症状、日常生活能力量表（ADL）、老年认知功能量表（SECF）评分等。结果：观察组各项评分改善均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：生脉定志汤治疗糖尿病并脑血管性痴呆疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Shengmai Dingzhi Decoction in Treating Diabetes and Cebereal Vascular Dementia

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Dingzhi Decoction in treating diabetes and cerebral vascular dementia. Methods： 48 cases of diagnosed patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, and the control group was treated with piracetam, each 0. 8 g, 3 times a day. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group had oral Shengmain Dingzhi Decoction once a day, 30 d for a course of treatment. Two groups of patients were treated two courses. Clinical symptoms, activities of daily living scale （ ADL）, senlie cognitive function （SECF） rate of two groups were compared. Results： The observation group were better than the control group in the improvement of scores （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shengmai Dingzhi Decoction has a significant effect in treating diabetes and cerebral vascular dementia.
