生脉定志汤治疗糖尿病并脑血管性痴呆临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察自拟生脉定志汤治疗糖尿病并脑血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将确诊的48例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组口服脑复康,每次0.8g,日3次。观察纽在对照组治疗的基础上口服生脉定志汤,日1剂,30d为1个疗程,两组患者均治疗2个疗程。对比两组临床症状、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、老年认知功能量表(SECF)评分等。结果:观察组各项评分改善均优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论:生脉定志汤治疗糖尿病并脑血管性痴呆疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Dingzhi Decoction in treating diabetes and cerebral vascular dementia. Methods: 48 cases of diagnosed patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, and the control group was treated with piracetam, each 0. 8 g, 3 times a day. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group had oral Shengmain Dingzhi Decoction once a day, 30 d for a course of treatment. Two groups of patients were treated two courses. Clinical symptoms, activities of daily living scale ( ADL), senlie cognitive function (SECF) rate of two groups were compared. Results: The observation group were better than the control group in the improvement of scores (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Shengmai Dingzhi Decoction has a significant effect in treating diabetes and cerebral vascular dementia.
