| 针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎50例 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针灸全程治疗类风湿性关节炎方法的临床应用及疗效。方法将在我处首诊的100名患者,按全程进行针灸治疗的50名患者和非全程针灸治疗的50名患者分为治疗组和对照组进行观察,并于1～3年后对其生活情况进行残疾评定。结果治疗组的生活自理能力优于对照组,而治疗组的基本或完全瘫痪者低于对照组。结论类风湿性关节炎虽然是慢性难治性疾病,但是通过合理的中医针灸全程治疗可以达到比较理想的疗效,因而针灸全程治疗方法可以作为治疗类风湿性关节炎的理想治疗方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective the whole acupuncture treatment of rheumatoid arthritis method of clinical application and effect. Methods in place of the first 100 patients were treated by acupuncture and 50 patients with whole acupuncture treatment of 50 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, and to observe the 1 - 3 years of his life on disability. Results the treatment group than in control group self-care skill and basic or completely in treatment group than controls the paralyzed. Conclusion chronic rheumatoid arthritis is intractable diseases, but through reasonable TCM acupuncture treatment can achieve the whole ideal effect, thus acupuncture therapy can be treated as a whole in rheumatoid arthritis of the ideal treatment method. |
