| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院特殊使用抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:对我院2007-2009年特殊使用抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:我院第4代头孢菌素类药的销售金额和DDDs呈上升趋势,碳青霉烯类的销售金额和DDDs居首位,抗真菌药的销售金额构成比呈下降趋势而DDDs逐年上升。结论:我院特殊使用抗菌药物的临床应用不尽合理,需加强管理。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization of antibacterial drugs for special purpose in our hospital. METHODS:The utilization of antibacterial drugs for special purpose in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS:The consumption sum and DDDs of the fourth-generation cephalosporins showed an increase tendency,the consumption sum and DDDs of carbapenem ranked at the first place.
