摘    要:目的探讨二维彩色多普勒血流显像在下肢深静脉血栓中的应用价值.方法应用二维彩色多普勒血流显像检测47例51条病肢,分析其声像图特征并根据发病部位对其分型.结果下肢静脉血栓超声表现为腔内血栓回声;探头加压静脉腔不能压扁;腔内缺乏彩色血流信号或出现充盈缺损;脉冲多普勒无血流信号显示或频谱不随呼吸而变化.51条病肢中中央型62.7%,周围型15.7%,混合型21.6%.结论二维彩色多普勒血流显像可作为诊断下肢深静脉血栓的首选方法.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnositic value of two dimensional color Doppler flow imaging (2 D CDFI) in the deep venous thrombosis(DVT) Methods 51 diseased lower limbs in 47 patients with DVT were ex amined and classified by two dimensional color Doppler flow imaging. Its features of imaging were analysized Results 2 D sonography displayed visualization of thrombus and incompressibility of the vein with probe pressure Absence of color flow singal or presence of an intraluminal filling defect was represented by color Doppler and absence of spontaneous flow or phasicity of flow with pulse Doppler Among 51 diseased lower limbs the central type was 62 7%, the peripheral type was 15 7% and the mixed type was 21 6% Conclusion 2 D color Doppler flow imaging can be served as the first choice for the diagnosis of DVT.
