| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆市某社区慢性非传染性疾病的患病情况,为开展社区健康促进服务提供依据,制订切实可行的防治规划。方法本辖区常住人口4950人,本次采用横断面调查法对全部人口中的4740人进行了慢性非传染性疾病患病情况调查。结果调查4740人中慢性病患病人数为739例,患病率为15.59%。高血压（8.60%）的患病率为最高,其次为糖尿病（2.60%）、慢性支气管炎（2.00%）、冠心病（1.90%）、肿瘤（0.38%）。结论该社区慢性病患病率较高,应以社区为基础,针对其危险因素,加强社区干预,降低社区慢性病的发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the prevalence of the chronic non-communicable disease in a community in Chongqing City and to carry out community-based health promotion services for the development of practical prevention and control planning.Methods The residential population in the area was 4 950.Cross-sectional survey was conducted towards 4 740 residents of the total population with chronic non-communicable diseases.Results The cases of illness was 739 in the survey,the prevalence rate was 15.59%.The prevalence rate of hypertension（8.6%）was the highest,followed by diabetes（2.60%）,chronic bronchitis（2.00%）,coronary heart disease（1.90%）,cancer（0.38%）.Conclusion The current prevalence of chronic diseases was still high.Community-based interventions should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of chronic disease in the communities. |
