Review of the Mechanism of Propofol on Pulmonary Protection during Cardiopulmonary Bypass

Pulmonary protection during cardiopulmonary bypass is very important in clinical work.Propofol,as a kind of intravenous anesthetic,has been used to protect the lung during cardiopulmonary bypass in recent years.By learning a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper presents the possible mechanisms of propofol on pulmonary protection during cardiopulmonary bypass.
