| 摘 要： | 胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和病死率均居恶性肿瘤首位。早期诊断对提高胃癌患者的生存率至关重要,各种检查手段中内镜检查配合病理组织活检仍为目前早期胃癌诊断最主要及可靠的方法。因而通过多种途径提高专科医生对内镜下早期胃癌诊断技术的认识,并加强对癌前疾病、癌前病变的随访,对提高早期胃癌的诊断率具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, whose incidence and mortality rank on the top of all malignant tumors. Diagnosis of earlier gastric cancer is very important for improving survival rate, Endoscopic examination combined with pathological biopsy is still the most important and reliable method for detection of early gastric cancer. It will have a great significance to promote the recognition of specialist about diagnostic techniqne of early gastric cancer by all. means, intense the follow up visit of precancerous diseases anti precancerous lesions in cnhaociag the diagnostic rate of early gastric cancer. |
