针药并用治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

目的观察针药并用治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药内服治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。治疗1个疗程后,比较两组治疗前后疼痛症状、血尿酸改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛评分、血尿酸与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后疼痛评分、血尿酸与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Combined use of Acupuncture and Medication for Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined use of acupuncture and medication in treating acute gouty arthritis. Method Sixty patients with gout were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus oral administration of Chinese medication, and the control group was by medication. After a treatment course, the two groups were compared with each other in the improvement of pain, serum uric acid, and clinical efficacy. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment, pain score and serum uric acid changed significantly compared with those before treatment in the same group （P〈0.05）. Pain score and serum uric acid in the treatment group were markedly different from those in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and medication is an effective way in treating acute gouty arthritis.
