针刺配合认知训练治疗轻度血管性认知障碍临床观察

摘    要:
目的观察针刺配合认知训练治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的病例随机分为针刺组、针康组,针刺组予针刺治疗,针康组进行针刺配合认知训练治疗。治疗前后分别对两组患者用简易智能状态检查量表(Mini Menta1 State Examination,MMSE)、神经功能缺损评分表及日常生活活动能力(ADL)进行评定。结果两组总体疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05),均能改善患者认知障碍;针康组在改善患者MMSE、神经功能缺损症状方面均优于针刺组(P<0.05);在改善日常生活能力方面,两组治疗都有较好的临床疗效。结论针刺配合认知功能训练能够有效地改善患者认知功能和日常生活能力。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus cognitive training in treating mild vascular cognitive disorder. Method Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to acupuncture and acupuncture plus rehabilitation groups. The acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment and the acupuncturc-rchabilitation group, acupuncture plus cognitive training. An evaluation was made using the mini mental status examination (MMSE), the Neurological Deficit Score and the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) in both groups of patients before and after treatment. Result There was no statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P〉0.05). Cognitive disorder improved in both groups. MMSE score and neurological deficits improved more in the acupuncture-rehabilitation group than in the acupuncture group (P〈0.05). The activities of daily living improved in both groups. Conclusion Acupuncture plus cognitive training can effectively improve cognitive ability and the activities of daily living in the patients.
