新生儿视网膜出血的病因分析

目的　探讨新生儿视网膜出血的发生原因。方法　对我院新生儿科收治的各类患儿 1 85例进行眼底检查 ,并对 42例新生儿视网膜出血病例进行分析。结果　新生儿视网膜出血检出率为2 2 7%。其中阴道分娩较剖腹产术分娩者检出率高 ,重度窒息较轻度窒息及非窒息新生儿高 ,其差异均有极显著统计学意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ;而轻度窒息与非窒息新生儿之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。新生儿性别、胎次、胎龄、出生体重等与新生儿视网膜出血的发生无关。结论　新生儿视网膜出血的发生与分娩方式有关 ,窒息是引起新生儿视网膜出血的一个不容忽视的原因 ,而且窒息程度与视网膜出血的发生密切相关。

Gansu Provincial Maternity and child-care Hospital, Lanzhou 730050 Objective To disscuss the cause of retinal hemorrhage in the newborn. Methods the fundus of 185 newborns in our hospital were examined. 42 cases with retinal hemorrhage were being found. Results The rate of retinal hemorrhage in the newborn is 22.7%. It is higher in the group of natural childbirth than that of casearen birth. The differences were highly significant (P<0.01). Evident differences also exist in newborns between serious suffocation and slight suffocation or non-suffocation ( P<0.01). The rate of retinal hemorrhage between slight suffocation and non-suffocation is similar, no significant difference is found (P>0.05). There was no relation between retinal hemorrhage in the newborn and the sex, number of foetus, gestation age or weight. Conclusion The cases of retinal hemorrhage in the newborn have relation to ways of childbirth, suffocation being the causes that can not be neglected. The extent of suffocation has close relation to retinal hemorrhage in the newborn.
