介入加放疗保肢治疗肢体骨肉瘤(3例)

目的探索肢体骨肉瘤保肢的人性化治疗方法。方法连捧以HD-MTX-CF,DDP。ADM为主要组成药物的化疗方案,超逸棒肢体骨肉瘤供血血管灌注,2—3周期后,再给与局部放疗。结果所治3例中,24h疼痛减轻,3～7d疼痛消失。肿块3W后逐渐缩小。随访2～4年,3例均存活。2例无瘸生存,肢体功能大部分保留。1例置肢体功能完整保留,却多发转移,仍在化疗中。结论介入加放疗是肢体骨肉瘤的较好治疗方法。可作为肢体骨肉瘤的首选人挂化治疗方墙。

Limbs-Salvage Limb Osteosarcoma By Intervention And Radioation For Three Cases

Obiective To explore human treatment of limb-salvage oateosarcomata in limb. Methods Select HD-MTX--CF,ADM and DDP which were perfused into blood vessels to osteosarCOma in limb, Give radiotherapy in local after 2-3 cycles.Rsults Three pain relief for 24h,disappear3-7 days of pain.Mass reduced gradually after three weeks.We follow-up 2-4 years,3 cases were live. Two of which,limbs function diseas-free survival of reserves.Other one,although his limb is retained, but Osteosarcama is transferred in his body,still in chemotherapy.Conclution Intervention and radiation are better therapies and as the ferst therapy for treatment osteosarcoma in limbs.
