| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿重症哮喘的治疗方法。方法选取我院36例小儿重症哮喘患者予甲泼尼龙、氨茶碱,以及补液抗感染等治疗。结果治疗1周后,临床控制36例,显效24例,有效8例,总有效率100%,PaO2、PaCO2及pH值有效改善。结论甲泼尼龙联合氨茶碱维持量治疗小儿重症哮喘取得较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective Discusses the child asthma＇s method of treatment. Methods Selects my courtyard 36 example child critically asthma patient to give the armor to sprinkle the nylon, the aminophylline, and fluid infusion anti-infection treatments. Results Treats one week later, clinical controls 36 examples, shows results 24 examples, the effective 8 examples, total effectiveness 100%, PaO2, PaCO2 and the pH value improves effectively. Conclusion The armor sprinkles the nylon union aminophylline maintenance dose to treat child asthma to obtain the good curative effect. |
