| 摘 要： | 目的探讨良性前列腺增生症（BPH）并膀胱结石的有效治疗方法。方法采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切（TUVP）结合气压弹道碎石术治疗27例BPH并膀胱结石。结果手术时间50～150min,平均75min。术后3～5d拔除尿管,排尿通畅,无电切综合征、膀胱穿孔等并发症。结论TUVP结合气压弹道碎石术是BPH并膀胱结石的一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the endourological treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）with bladder stones.Methods TUVP and pneumatic lithotripsy were concomitantly performed on 27 cases of BPH with bladder stones.Results In all the patients, BPH and bladder stone were successfully treated in one operation. No patient experienced TUR syndrome or bladder rupture. All the patients had normal micturation after the urethal catheter was with drawn3-5days later.Conclusion The combined use of TUVP and pneumatic lithotripsy is an effective treatment with low complication rate for BPH with bladder stones. |
