医患依从性对消化性溃疡疾病诊治的影响

目的比较因消化性溃疡住院患者不同依从性对疾病诊断,治疗的影响。方法对206例因消化性溃疡住院患者按依从性程度分组,比较不同依从性患者明确诊断所需时间,平均住院天数及出院时治疗效果差异。结果消化性溃疡患者中依从性较好者（148例）明确诊断所需要时间（2.3～5.1d,P〈0.0001）和平均住院日（9.5～13.9d,P=0.002）明显低于依从性欠佳患者,治愈率（79.7%～67.2%,P〈0.0001）显著高于对照组。结论在同等诊疗水平条件下,患者依从性对消化性溃疡疾病诊断及治疗有重要作用,通过充分医患沟通建立良好的依从性能尽早明确诊断、缩短治疗需要时间及提高消化性溃疡住院期间治愈率。

Impact of Compliance on Therapy of Peptide Ulcer

objective To evaluate the impact of compliance from 206 patients with peptide ulcer were separated into 2 groups the day to stay in hospital and the outcome of disease were time to identify the final dignose（2.3-5. 1d,P〈0.0001） and patients in hospital on diagnose and therapy of peptide ulcer. Methods based on different compliance. The time to identify the final dignose, then calculated. Results Patients with better compliance need fewer fewer time to stay in hospital （9.5 - 13.9d,P=0.002）, It also shows that the cure rate is significantly better in these patints（79.7%-67.2%,P〈 0.0001） than control group.Conclusion By sufficient doctor-patient communication, more dependable compliance could be realized. This is .important in improving outcome of diease and life quality in patients with peptide ulcer.
