产新德里金属β-内酰胺酶型细菌的研究进展

摘    要:新德里金属β-内酰胺酶(NDM-1)是近来发现的由新的超级耐药基因编码的一种耐药酶.编码该酶的基冈位于质粒等町移动遗传因子上,使得该类酶基因可在细菌间广泛传播.产此类酶的细菌对几乎所有现存的抗生素耐药.此文就NDM-1的流行病学特征、分子生物学特性和耐药机制等作了综述.

Abstract:New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase (NDM-1) is a novel drug-resistant enzyme, which is encoded by a new super drug-resistant gene. The NDM-1 encoding gene is located on mobile genes such as plasmid, which can widely spread through bacterial populations. Moreover, bacteria with NDM-1 are resistant to almost all the antibiotics. This review is mainly about the epidemiological study, molecular biological properties and drug-resistant mechanism of NDM-1.
