| Abstract: | An investigative study describes the current status of health services in Tianjin city, including health service demand and supply, scientific, technological and infrastructure facilities, resource allocation, staffing, service quality and user satisfaction; discusses the reform measures to be taken to promote continuous high efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services as well as flexible adaptation to changing service environment; and puts forward proposals on how to formulate the developmental program of Tianjin's health services. |
