子宫内膜癌192例临床病例分析

目的:总结分析近15年来吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的子宫内膜癌患者的临床病理资料。方法:对192例子宫内膜癌患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:近15年来子宫内膜癌的发病年龄逐渐降低,呈明显年轻化趋势;年轻患者的手术-病理分期早,组织分化好,肌层浸润浅,病理类型稍好。结论:子宫内膜癌的发病趋势已呈现新的特点;对于年轻及早期病例要充分考虑生殖内分泌功能的保留问题。

The clinical research of 192 patients with endometrial cancer

Objective:To summarize and analyze the clinicopathologic data of hospitalization patients with endomential carcinoma in China-Japan Union hospital of Jilin University for the last 15 years.Methods:A retrospective study was carried out on clinicopathologic data of 192 patients with endomential cancer.Results:The mean age of the 192 patients with endomential cancer gradually decreased over the past 15 years,having young trend;Young patients whose stage was earlier,histological differentiation was better,the depth of myometrial invasion was more superficial,the pathologic type was also better in young patients than that in older patients.Conclusion:The onset's trend of patients with endomential cancer takes on a new characteristic;the preservation of reproductive endocrine function for the patients who is younger and earlier clinical stage should be considered.
