脑缺血病人的短潜时体感诱发电位及其在治疗选择中的作用研究

对32例单侧病变之缺血性脑血管病人进行短潜时体感诱发电位测定并以50例正常人作对照。以N_9～N_20传导时间为重要判断标准。32例中异常诱发电位发生率为59.4％,18例有不同瘫痪之病人中异常率为78％,在诱发电位监测下一次大剂量注射烟酸可帮助选择手术病例及指导内科用药治疗,体感诱发电位还可作为颅外-颅内动脉吻合后效果的客观判断指标。

STUDY OF SHORT LATENCY SOMATOSENSORY EVOKED POTENTIALS IN PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA

Short latency somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEPs) were recorded in 32 patients with cerebral ischemia diagnosed by CT scan or angiography from Feb to Jul 1986. SSEPs in 50 normal persons were served as a control. Absence of the N20 or delay of N9-N20 conduction time was found in 19 of the total cases (59.4%) and in 18 of 23 patients with hemiplegia or hemiparesis (78%). The degree of abnormalities in SSEPs was correlative to the severity of the motor weakness. Eleven patients were ested by 300mg nicotinic acid under the monitoring of SSEPs. The authors found that the bypass operations or long term therapy by vasodilators were effective in who showed imeprovoment on SSEPs after the infusion nicotinic acid and the SSEPs may be used as a objective parameter to assess the efficacy of EC/IC bypass operation for cerebral ischemia.
