| 摘 要： | 目的:优化迭鞘石斛多糖的提取工艺.方法:以苯酚-硫酸比色法测定的多糖的含量为指标,通过正交设计L9(34)优化迭鞘石斛多糖的提取工艺.结果:迭鞘石斛多糖的最佳提取工艺为A3B2C3,即300mL水,回流3次,每次1.5h.结论:加水量、回流时间、回流次数均对样品提取多糖的含量有显著性影响,其影响的程度依次为回流次数＞回流时间＞加水量. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides in dendrobium chryseum by orthogonal experimental design.Methods:The optimum extraction were investigated by orthogonal experimental design and with polysaccharide that obtained from phenol-sulfuric method as the content index.Results:The optimum extraction obtained was: water 300mL,refluxing and extracting for 3 times,1.5 hours for every turn.Conclusion:The influence of factors were highly significant,and the efficiency was as follows:times of extraction>duration of extraction>the amount of water. |
