门静脉海绵样变性的MSCT表现

目的探讨门静脉海绵样变性(cavernous transformation of the portal vein,CTPV)的CT表现。方法回顾性分析5例经手术及DSA证实的门静脉海绵样变性患者的腹部CT资料。结果CT直接征象:门静脉主干及其分支血管变细/闭塞(5例),门静脉走行区血管迂曲/紊乱(5例),重建后门脉系统侧支循环网(5例)。间接征象:肝脏灌注异常(5例),肠淤血(1例),脾大(5例),腹水(4例),以及引起该病变的原发病灶征象。结论MSCT对门静脉海绵样变性的诊断有重要价值

MSCT findings of cavernous transformation of the portal vein(CTPV)

Objective To explore MSCT findings of cavernous transformation of the portal vein (CTPV). Methods 5 cases with CTPV proved by DSA or surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results Direct CT findings included thinness or obstruction of the trunk and branches of portal vein (5 cases), portal vein tortuous and disorder (5 cases), and presence of multiple periportal vascular network (5 cases). Indirect CT findings included hepatic perfusion abnormal (5 cases), intestinal stasis (1 case), spleen enlarge (5 cases), ascites (4 cases). It also included the CT findings of the primary disease. Conclusion MSCT is important for the diagnosis of CTPV patients .
