| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定强力天麻杜仲胶囊中天麻素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamond C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(2∶98),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温为室温。结果:天麻素进样量在0.1264~3.1600μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为98.30%,RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,可用于强力天麻杜仲胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Gastrodin in Qianglitianmaduzhong capsule. METHODS： The samples were separated on Diamond C18 column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid（2 ： 98） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^- 1.The UV detection wave length was set at 210 nm and the column was kept at room temperature. RESULTS： The linear range of Gastrodin was 0.126 4-3.160 0μg（ r = 0.999 8）, and the average recovery was 98.30% （RSD = 0.8%, n= 6） .CONCLUSION： The method is suitable for the determination of gastrodin in Qianglitianmaduzhong capsule. |
