| 摘 要： | 目的通过了解HBV免疫标志物(HBVM)与HBV DNA的相互关系,为临床诊断和治疗乙肝提供可靠的依据。方法收集1156例受检者临床血清标本,同时采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测HBVM和荧光定量PCR检测HBV DNA,比较HBVM不同血清模式HBV DNA检出率及其含量,分析HBVM与HBV DNA之间的关系。结果血清HBV DNA阳性检出率及其量与HBVM有关,HBsAg、HBeAg抗HBc阳性血清模式组与其它各组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论HBeAg与HBV DNA含量明显相关;HBeAg阴性不能代表病毒复制停止。
