摘    要:
目的 探讨乳酸杆菌(LGG)对空肠弯曲菌(CJ)致敏的自身免疫病模型小鼠(CJ小鼠)免疫功能的影响.方法 ICR小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、LGG组及氢化可的松(HC)组,除正常组外,其余组制备自身免疫病小鼠模型.从造模第15天起分别腹腔(或皮下)注射,连续用药7 d,造模第25大处死小鼠.用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定小鼠血清中ds-DNA抗体水平及脾淋巴细胞的γ干扰素(IFN-γ)分泌活性;检测脾T、B淋巴细胞的增殖活性;镜下观察肝、肾组织的病理变化.结果 LGG对ds-DNA抗体没有影响,LGG可改善脏器组织的病理性改变.LGG组GJ小鼠的T、B淋巴细胞增殖活性及脾淋巴细胞分泌IFN-γ活性明显低于模型组[0.42±0.05 vs 0.60±0.09,0.43±0.05 vs 0.60±0.09,(184v16)VS(195±6)ps/ml,均P<0.01].结论 LGG对CJ小鼠的免疫机能有一定的免疫抑制作用.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the immune effects of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) on immune response.Methods Fourty 1CR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal control (N) group, model (M) group, LactobaciUus (LGG) group, and hydrocortisone (HC) group.The mice were induced by Campylobacter jejuni with complete Freund's adjuvant as autoimmune animal model except N group.From the fifteenth day after primary immunization, each group was given different administration through peritoneum route for 7 days.Twenty-five days after the model establishment, the mice were killed.Then the blood sample was collected the undergo ELISA to detect the level of ds-DNA antibody and interferon (IFN)-γ.The proliferation activities of the B and T cells were examined.The livers and kidneys were taken out to undergo microscopy.Results The ds-DNA antibody levels of the HC and LGG groups were not significant different from that of the M group (both P 0.05).The proliferation activities of T and B cells and IFN-γlevel of the groups LGG were all significantly lower than those of the group M[0.42 ±0.05 vs 0.60 ±0.09,0.43 ± 0.05 vs 0.60 ± 0.09, (184 ± 16) vs (195±6) pg/ml, all P < 0.01].Conclusion LGG inhibits the immune response induced by CJ to a eertain degree.
