影响艾滋病患者治疗依从性的相关因素分析

目的了解影响艾滋病（AIDS）患者治疗依从性的相关因素，采取相应的措施提高艾滋病患者的依从性。方法采用自行设计问卷的方法随机抽取42名艾滋病患者进行问卷调查。结果影响艾滋病患者依从性相关因素有心理因素和客观因素。心理因素有感觉受到歧视（90．9％），家庭支持系统不足（53．3％），社会支持系统不足（96．7％），对未来生活信心不足（56．7％），对治疗疾病信心不足（60．0％）；客观因素有艾滋病患者对疾病的认知不正确（53．3％），经济因素（66．7％），目前艾滋病治疗方案对生活造成影响导致依从性下降（83．3％）；其他因素包括住院时间长（56．7％）及反复住院（26．7％）。结论重视艾滋病患者的心理护理，动员全社会参与关心艾滋病患者行列，解除艾滋病患者的思想顾虑，减轻艾滋病患者的经济负担，提高艾滋病患者的生存质量。

Factors Affecting the Medication Compliance in AIDS Patients

Objective To examine the factors affecting the medication compliance of patients with AIDS, and to adopt the appropriate policies to improve patients＇ compliance. Methods Questionnaire type survey was conducted to collect data from 42 AIDS patients. Results The factors which affect the patients＇ compliance included psychological and objective factors. The psychological factors included feeling of being discriminated （90.9%）, lack of support by family （53.3%）, lack of support by public （96.7%）, lack of confidence for future life （56.7%）, and lack of confidence for the treatment （60.0%）. The objective factors included the lack of knowledge about AIDS （53.3%）, financial concern （66.7%）, and the decrease in quality of life （83.3%）. Other factors included long-term hospitalization （56.7%） and repeated hospitalization （26.7%）. Conclusion To improve the quality of life of AIDS patients, we should pay more attention to the patients＇ psychological conditions. Providing care from the society and reducing the financial burden of the AIDS patients may further improve the quality of their life.
