高血压患者血细胞聚集和全血粘度的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的 研究原发性高血压患者血液流变学指标和血细胞聚集的变化关系。方法 血液流变学方法检测。结果 高血压患者红细胞聚集指数和低切变率时全血粘性呈正相关 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,伴有血浆粘性、纤维蛋白原水平和红细胞刚性指数增加 (均 P<0 .0 5 ) ,高血压 II期血小板聚集指标 (Pt max,Pt H,Pt K)还和高切变率时血液粘性呈极显著正相关 (P<0 .0 0 1,P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 在对高血压的治疗中 ,应密切注意血小板聚集和全血粘性二者关系的动态变化。

Abstract:
Objective Correlation between blood cell aggregation and blood viscosity was studied in 40 cases essential hypertension(EH). Method Methods of hemorheology. Results ① Aggregative index of erythrocyte was positively correlated with blood viscosity in low shearing rate(P<0.01,P<0.05) and plasmatic viscosity and levels of plasmatic fibrinogen and rigid index of erythrocyte markedly increased (P<0.05,respectivily) in phase I and II hypertension. ② Parameters of platelet aggregation (Pt max, Pt H, Pt K) were positively correlated with blood viscosity in high shearing rate(P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.001) in phase II hypertension. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the changes of platelet aggregation and blood viscosity in treatment of hypertension.
