| 摘 要： | 目的 总结采用逆行置入分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床经验.方法 由鹰觜窝上方2cm处钻孔,确定和准备进针点,由肘向肩逆行置入分叉交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折27例.结果 26例骨折在14周内全部骨性愈合,27例肩关节活动14周时已达到正常对侧的95%,肘关节活动度达正常的90%,有3例病人肘关节活动度伸直较健侧相差20°,拔钉后功能锻炼4周恢复良好.结论 逆行置入分叉式交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折,避免了对肩袖的干扰,固定牢靠,可早期功能锻炼,肩肘关节功能恢复快,是治疗肱骨干骨折的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective to report experience in treatment of humeral shaft fracture with retrograde branch interlocking intramedullary nailing, Methods 27 cases of humeral shaft fracture were treated with retrograde branch interlocking intramedullary nailing. The entrance point was on the proximal boarder of the decranon fossa. Results 26 cases healed within 14 weeks and all the function of shoulder and elbow joints recovered well. Condusions the use of retrograde branch interlocking intrameduUary nailing for humeral shaft fracture is effective for the humeral shaft fracture with no disturbance to the rotator cuff and intrinsic stability, simple performance, early function exercises and recovery of the function of near shoulder and elbow joint, |
