| 摘 要： | 目的探讨增生性瘢痕切除术后放疗中采用不同放疗时机及剂量的疗效。方法回顾性分析1996年3月-2007年6月123例增生性瘢痕患者术后放疗的疗效。其中A组术后第1天放疗39例。B组术后第2天放疗48例，C组术后第3天放疗36例。总剂量1800—2100cGy。分次剂量200cGy78例，300cGy45例。结果A、B、C组局部控制率分别为94．9％、95．9％、94．4％，组间比较均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。结论术后放疗是治疗增生性瘢痕的有效方法，术后3d内是放射治疗的合适时机；总剂量1800—2100cGy，分次剂量200cGy或300cGy疗效均较好。 |
