摘    要:中药配伍减毒涉及的复杂反应过程制约了对配伍减毒机制的深层次解构。阐明配伍减毒机制是解决中药毒性问题的关键。"效毒二重性"决定了有毒中药"效-毒交集"特征,交集调控可反映配伍减毒复杂过程。网络药理学的出现,为开展有毒中药毒性成分筛查、致毒机制和减毒效应等研究提供了新的手段。在回顾中药毒性研究实践的基础上,系统阐述网络药理学在中药配伍减毒研究中的应用策略,并以附子为例探讨其可行性。
