| 摘 要： | 目的：通过测定哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-17（IL-17）水平,探讨其在哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法：收集50例哮喘急性发作期患儿及30例健康儿童的静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）测定血清IL-17水平。结果：哮喘急性发作期患儿血清IL-17水平与正常对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义（t=2.156,P〈0.05）。结论：IL-17可能参与了儿童哮喘的发病过程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of IL-17 on the immune pathogenesis of asthma in children by observing its serum levels.Method： Blood samples were taken from 50 asthma children and 30 healthy children.ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of IL-17 of these samples.Result： The serum levels of IL-17 in children with asthma were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（t=2.156,P﹤0.05）.Conclusion： IL-17 may be involved in the immune pathogenesis of asthma in children. |
