助产人员行为与职业有害因素的分析与对策

目的了解助产人员的职业危害因素,完善防护措施。方法采用问卷调查方法对3所妇幼保健院及两所综合医院的产房124名助产人员职业危险因素进行分析。结果在助产人员接生的医疗行为过程中,<5年工龄的锐利器具损伤例次发生率131.3%,损伤后追查HBV、HCV、HIV的很少;损伤多发生在产房接生操作过程中,助产人员防护措施不到位,同时防护意识还相当薄弱。结论加强助产人员的职业危害因素的教育,规范助产人员的操作行为,是助产人员职业防护急需解决的重要问题。

Occupational Hazards Related to Behaviors of Staff Assisting Child-birth: An Analysis and Countermeasure

OBJECTIVE To understand preventive knowledge and actions on occupational hazards of staff assisting child-birth(SACB).METHODS A questionnaire survey on occupational hazards had been completed among 124 SACBs working in the delivery rooms of the three Women and Children Health-care Hospitals and two general hospitals.RESULTS During the clinical practising process of SACBs,the rate of sharp damage occurred to SACBs with less than 5 years of working experience was 131.3%.Following inspection on SACBs with sharp damage,the infection percentage of HBV,HCV and HIV was very rare.SACBs suffered damage almost in the receiving process due to lacks of personal protective equipment and awareness.CONCLUSIONS It is imperative and urgent to enhance the awareness and knowledge on occupational hazards for SACBs and standard working instruction for the better prevention of occupational hazards.
