| 摘 要： | 李东垣《脾胃论》中反佐药用药的规律可归纳为以下几点：升降反佐,沉浮相辅;寒温反佐,补泻兼施;收散反佐,内外合一;服药反佐,以防格拒。其用药原则可概括为：协调升降,反佐从权;补泻反佐,依从运气;依随时令,分别三焦;君臣有序,用量权衡。其将反佐药应用于虚实夹杂、寒热互见、升降失常等复杂证候之中,而运用之成败贵在把握病机,熟知药性。

| Abstract: | The practice of medication with drugs of the same nature as the syndrome in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach written by LI Dongyuan can be summarized as the following-coordinating lifting and lowering drugs, tonic and purgative drugs, and astringing and dispersing drugs in combination. Besides medication should also follow the practice contrary to the routine in the treatment of complicated syndromes of excess intermittent with deficiency, cold with heat, and lifting with lowering. Whether it is successful in the application lies in a thorough understanding of the causes of illness and the properties of drugs. |
