癌症化疗病人社会支持状况调查

目的 :了解癌症化疗病人的社会支持状况。方法 :应用肖水源的“社会支持评定量表”调查 78例癌症根治术后进行化疗病人的社会支持状况。结果 :癌症化疗病人有获得低水平社会支持的危险 ,老年化疗病人和丧偶 /离异的化疗病人获得的社会支持更低 ,他们是社会支持的弱势群体。结论 :护理人员应通过各种手段 ,加强化疗病人的社会支持网络 ,帮助病人适应化疗过程。

A Survey of Social Support Status of Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

Objective: to know the social support status of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, to analyze the weak community with lower social support. Method: "Social Support Rating Scale" of Xiao-Shuiyuan was applied to investigate the social support state of a total of 78 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy after accepted cancer radical operation. Results: there were some risks in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy to get lower social supports. Cancer patients of aged and who lose one's spouse or were divorced gained fare lower of social supports. These Cancer patients were the weak community of acquiring social supports. Conclusion: nursing staffs should strengthen the social supports net of patients undergoing chemotherapy and help them to adapt to their chemotherapy by all means.
