| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过数据挖掘,总结分析百会、大椎穴配伍在临床应用中的情况。方法 :根据中国学术期刊网络出版总库、中国科技期刊数据库,检索1982至2016年采用督脉穴位百会、大椎配伍为主穴治疗的疾病,进行归类总结。结果:百会、大椎多与足三里、肾俞、水沟等胃经、膀胱经、督脉穴位配伍,主治疾病多达33种,涉及多个系统,以电针及普通针刺为主要治疗手段。结论:百会、大椎配伍其他穴位对于神经系统疾病的治疗发挥重要作用。 |

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Bai Hui and Da Zhui Based on Data Excavation |

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize and analyze clinical application of bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU 14)and their combinations with other acu-points through data excavation. Methods:Search by CNKI and VIP since 1982 to 2016,classify and summarize the diseases treated with the acu-points of bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU 14) on the governor vessel as the major acu-points. Results:Bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU14) are usually in combination with zu san li(ST 36),shen shu(BL 23),shui gou(DU 26) and other acu-points from stomach,bladder and governor meridians,and such combination could treat diseases up to 33 species,involving multiple systems,with acupuncture and general acupuncture as the main treatment means.Conclusion:The combination of bai hui(DU 20) and da zhui(DU 14) with other acu-points plays an important role in the treatment of nervous system diseases. |
