不同提取工艺对泌尿宁颗粒中欧前胡素及五味子醇甲含量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究不同提取工艺对泌尿宁颗粒中欧前胡素及五味子醇甲含量的影响。方法:采用不同方法分别提取白芷及五味子,以欧前胡素和五味子醇甲含量为指标进行单因素考察,以加醇量(A)、乙醇浓度(B)、提取时间(C)为指标进行正交试验,并分别测定欧前胡素及五味子醇甲的含量,优化提取工艺。结果:泌尿宁颗粒中白芷及五味子的最佳提取工艺为8倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2.5 h。结论:优化后的工艺可显著提高欧前胡素及五味子醇甲提取量,该工艺稳定,可重复性好。

Influence of Different Extraction Technologies on Content of Imperatorin and Schisandrin in Miniaoning Granules

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of different extraction technologies on the content of imperatorin and schisandrin in Miniaoning granules. Methods:Different technologies were adopted in the extraction of Baizhi(Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) and Wuweizi(Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis). The single factor experiment was used to determine the content of imperatorin and schisandrin. The extraction technology of Baizhi and Wuweizi were optimized by orthogonal design with the amount of ethanol(A),concentration of ethanol(B) and extraction time(C) as the factors and the content of imperatorin and schisandrin as the index. Results:The optimized extraction technology of Baizhi and Wuweizi was as follows:8 times 80% ethanol as extraction solvent,extracting 2 times and 2.5 h each time. Conclusion:The optimized technology can improve the content of imperatorin and schisandrinis. It has good stability and repeatability.
