基于一气周流解析《金匮要略》虚劳病

"虚劳"病名首见于《金匮要略》,后世医家于此病治法众说纷纭。是故本《黄帝内经》之理,以黄元御"一气周流"之法,对《金匮要略》中虚劳的脉象、诸方药及其条文逐一探究,以求虚劳病之根。分析《金匮要略》中所列之方药,包括桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、天雄方、小建中汤、黄芪建中汤、八味肾气丸、薯蓣丸、酸枣仁汤、大黄虫丸共八方,无不顾及中气,其治法亦均合一气周流之理。当明万变不离其宗,临床实践切不可泥古不化,当究其理,解其机,才能以不变应万变。

Analysis of Consumptive Disease in Essentials from the Golden Cabinet Based on Yi Qi Zhou Liu

Consumptive disease was first recorded in Essentials from the Golden Cabinet,and later medical experts held different viewpoints of its treatment. Therefore,on the basis of the principles of The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,with Yi Qi Zhou Liu theory proposed by HUANG Yuanyu,the pulses,formulas and entries in Essentials from the Golden Cabinet were studied,in order to find the primary cause of consumptive disease. In 8 formulas in Essentials from the Golden Cabinet,Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli decoction,Tianxiong formula,Xiao Jianzhong decoction,Huangqi Jianzhong decoction,Bawei Shenqi pill,Shuyu pill,Suanzaoren decoction,Dahuang Zhechong decoction,middle qi is emphasized,and the treatment methods all correspond to Yi Qi Zhou Liu theory. The variations all depend on the origin,and the clinical practice should be flexible.Doctors should understand the mechanism to deal with the variation.
