杏花雨注射液对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨杏花雨注射液对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血的影响。方法采用垂体后叶素所致心肌缺血模型。结果杏花雨注射液17.5mg/kg组在30s时可减少心律失常(P<0.01),35mg/kg组在30和60s时可明显减少心律失常(30sP<0.01,60sP<0.05)。结论杏花雨注射液可减轻垂体后叶素所致的心肌缺血。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Xinghuayu injection on acute myocardial ischemia.Methods The acute myocardial ischemia models of rats were induced by pituitrin.Results Xinghuayu injection 17.5 mg/kg could prevent arrhythemia and ECG changes during 30 seconds and 35mg/kg could prevent arrhythemia and ECG changes during 30 and 60 seconds in rats (30 s P <0.01,60 s P <0.05).Conclusion Xinghuayu injection may have an important effect on improving and treating acute myocardial ischemia.
