| 摘 要： | 目的：观察珠子参水提物对耳廓微循环的影响。方法：采用耳廓微循环观察法检测珠子参水提物对正常和血瘀模型小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。结果：珠子参水提物能明显增加耳廓微血管管径及毛细血管开放数目,能有效改善肾上腺素所致的耳廓微循环障碍。结论：珠子参水提物具有改善小鼠耳廓微循环作用。

| Abstract: | AIM：To study the influence of aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma on auricle microcirculation. METHODS：The auricles microcirculation was closely observed to examine the effect of aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma in the normal and blood stasis model mice auricles.RESULTS：The aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma were significantly able to increase microvascular diameter and capillary number of the normal and blood stasis model mice,and effectually improve the model mice auricles microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline hydrochloride.CONCLUSION：The aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma can remarkably improve the auricles microcirculation in the normal and blood stasis model mice. |
