| 摘 要： | 目的:研究观察款冬润肺膏镇咳祛痰的作用。方法:镇咳试验采用氨水致咳法,祛痰试验采用小鼠酚红排泌法。结果:款冬润肺膏可明显抑制氨水所致小鼠咳嗽反应,对小鼠气管痰液分泌具有明显的促进作用。结论:款冬润肺膏具有一定的止咳、化痰作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study Tussilago moistening lung Cream's effects on relieving cough and removing the phlegm Methods: Cough-relieving test was done by adopt the method that ammonia water lead to cough and phlegm-removing test was done by adopt phenolsufonphthalein excretion method of mouse trachea and sputum secretion method of rat trachea Results: Tussilago moistening lung Cream could prominently control coughing reaction of mouse that ammonia water lead to,and had prominent advance to sputum secretion of mouse and rat trachea. Conclusion:Tussilago moistening lung Cream has prominent effect relieving cough and reducing sputum. |
