尿路上皮多器官癌1例并文献复习

目的提高尿路上皮多器官癌的诊治水平。方法回顾1例肾盂输尿管膀胱癌患者的诊治过程并结合文献分析。结果手术顺利,手术时间约270min,术中出血量约100ml。术后3、6个月复查膀胱镜和全腹CT均未见肿瘤复发。结论 IVU、CTU对术前明确尿路上皮多器官癌有明显帮助,必要时可行输尿管镜检,采用腹腔镜手术完整切除肿瘤可行。尿路上皮癌应树立多源性观念,推荐IVU、CTU作为尿路上皮癌的常规检查,手术应兼顾完整切除肿瘤和尽量减少风险的原则。

One case report of urinary multi-organ cancer with literature review

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment level of urinary multi-organ cancer.Methods A case review of urinary multi-organ cancer and literature analysis.Results All cases underwent operations successfully.The operation time was 270 min,with intraoperative bleeding 100ml.Conclusions The IVU and CTU were obviously helpful to the preoperational diagnosis of urinary multi-organ cancer,ureteroscope is suggested if necessary.Laparoscopic opertaion is feasible to completely excise the tumors.Polyphyleticism concept should be build up on urologic neoplasms.IVU and CTU are suggested to be routine examination before operation.The surgery should give dual attention to the complete excision tumor and reduce the risk as principle.
