| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗反应的影响，寻求减轻化疗副作用引起的躯体反应症状，提高患者舒适度的护理措施。方法将60例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规护理方法，干预组在常规护理的基础上接受心理干预。采用生活质量核心问卷中的情绪功能量表和3个症状量表分别在化疗中和化疗后进行调查。结果化疗后干预组比对照组情绪及躯体反应症状明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者实施恰当的心理干预能减轻化疗反应症状，提高患者舒适度。
