| 摘 要： | 目的：总结全国老中医药专家刘伟胜教授治疗肺癌的临证经验。方法：运用重视病机、标本兼治、洞察传变、分型论治、中西合璧、减毒增效等方法对肺癌进行治疗。结果：不仅能改善患者临床症状，带瘤生存，还能提高机体免疫功能，预防肺癌术后复发与转移，同时具有减轻放化疗毒副反应，增加临床疗效，提高患者生存质量，延长生存期等方面具有独特疗效，值得临床推广和进一步深入研究。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Summarize professor LIU Wei- sheng,the old TCM expert's experience of treatment in lung cancer.Methods:By controlling pathogenesis,relieving the primary and secondary symptoms at the same time,observing development of disease,selecting of treatment based on the differential diagnosis,combing TCM with west medicine,reducing toxicity and increasing effect,ect.To treat lung cancer.Results:The methods can improve patient' symptoms,live with tumor,built up cellular immune function,prevent tumor to recur and metastasis,increase the tumor-inhibitory effect and alleviate the side effects,improve the quality-of-life(QOL),prolong the median survival period and survival function. |
